The Gold (G) is the general term used that encompasses the currency in Odin Sphere.
Description[]
In the game, there are various type of coins that consists the currency of Erion, with a total of 5 different type of coins. They can be used to buy items in the various shops found in Erion, as well as to buy dishes in the restaurants, such as the Pooka Kitchen and Rabbit Café. Each coin have their own value and some coins are not accepted everywhere, and can only be used in specific locations.
The player can check how much Gold they have in total by checking the menu, which automatically addition all the values of all the coins the player currently possesses. The player can hold up a maximum of 999 type of coins, for a total of 999,999 gold.
