The Inferno King's Shrine is a large sacred fire temple that contains several pits of lava hole pots within its surroundings that serves as Inferno King Onyx's home residence, it is the throne room and seat of the vulcan race monarchy, this structural area serves as the main hub and capital of the Volkenon Lava Pits.

Location Overview[]

The Inferno King's Shrine is a monumental ruin building temple located in the center depths of the Volkenon Lava Pits, this place serves as the throne seat room for its ruling head and a gathering room for the kingdom's forces, the interior building location features a tombstone, a pool of lava pit and a cauldron pot which is a source of fire that is used for upgrading psyphers, this can be seen when Brom traveled in the Inferno King's Shrine for the cauldron pot with Mercedes to help her upgrading the Tasla/Riblam psypher that she will be using to fight against Demon Lord Odin.

Design Appearance[]

The Inferno King's Shrine is a monumental ruins shaded in dark gray color which possibly got from its age in time, the monumental building in the fire kingdom has been standing for many centuries before the main storyline started, it is one of the oldest buildings in Erion at that time. Like the Netherworld Shrine, it is an open palace, the building do not have any walls and only have pillars (likely made of volcanic rocks, as noted by the various small crater holes in them) that acts as the column support of the structure, the only features that the Inferno King's Shrine contains is the fire cooking pot where Mercedes and Brom took a fire source for the upgrade of tasla/riblam psypher and the stone ruin coffin shaped tombstone where Gwendolyn was put laid while she was sleeping as she was kidnapped from the Elrit Castle, both of these featured objects can be seen through gameplay cutscenes through the perspective view from Mercedes and Oswald in their books. The Inferno King's Shrine may also possibly contains a throne chair, however compared to the other two objects it is not seen in any of the cutscenes of the game.

Structure Backstory[]

the Inferno King's Shrine is said to have belonged from one of the ruin remains of previous ancient civilization that used to settle in the fire kingdom before its gradual collapse, it is not known what previous civilization used to exist in the present day area of vulcans at that time, when they arrived in the volcanic area, they found dozens of ruin structures in which they all turned up as their owning structures including the Inferno King's Shrine that they assumed ownership after coming into the place.
